Here it is…my new 70 for 70 challenge and today as day one was everything I had hoped. I got 20 minutes of deep stretching along with 10 minutes of arm strengthening and then 40 minutes spinning on my beloved ruby road bike that had to be put on a resistance trainer because our air quality has dropped out due to wildfires in our province. No outdoor exercise for a few days at least.
Go figure that I start a fitness challenge and I can’t get outside to exercise!?
