Day 12 – Let’s ramp this up!

Just when I thought my motivation was going to slouch and I was going get bored with my workouts I dug deeeeeep and pulled out a circuit workout today that knocked it out of the park!

I was cycling, skipping, doing crunches, planking, leg lifts and arm strengthening! It was fan-tastic!

But tiring at the same time. I’m pooped!

Today’s tally…

12/60 – 20 minutes stationary bike, 10 skipping, 300 crunches (you heard me!), and over 2 minutes of planking! Ya baby!!!
