Day 13 was not forgotten ;)

Another cardio circuit get me through day 13! It was terrific – more bike and skipping (man is that hard!) and a lot of leg strengthening with another 300 crunches to get my abs woken up 🙂

The diet is still holding up and I’m able to stay of the carbs…well except the liquid kind…like wine.

Tomorrow is week 2 complete!!! Unbelievable! Tune in then when I think I may do another 30 minute run…

Today’s tally:

13/60 – 20 mins stationary bike, 10 mins skipping, 30 mins strength! And nearly accumulative of 2 mins 30 secs of PLANK!
