Under very warm temperatures, I was still able to pull off a 30 minute run today. It felt waaaaaay better than last week’s run. Maybe it’s better conditioning, maybe it’s just better stamina, maybe it’s a few less pounds make it easier? No clue – but it felt great 🙂
I fuelled up properly and drank a lot of water before and after. Stay smart Princess Mess !
