Amped it up just a bit today and completed 45 minutes of cardio! Felt good but boy, it sure took all of the past 15 days to just get a little bit of mojo back. I’m beginning to feel a lot better but I still feel like there’s a long way to go.
Good thing I’m doing something about it!
16/60 – 40 mins stationary bike with 10 mins skipping – but spread that all out in 5 minute increments over the space of an hour which made up today’s circuit. Lots of crunches, planking, leg lifts and arm physio still happening 🙂
